No app grid, no navigation, no settings page. Ask for a tip calculator and the screen is a tip calculator. Ask for it in deep green and it morphs again. Back undoes the last morph. An agent runtime and an app store on the server, a thin Kotlin shell on the phone.

Generate, vectorize, edit, export, in one pass and without a round trip through Figma. The vectorizer is ours: colour quantization and a geometric snap pass that removes redundant nodes, fits true circles, and squares up axes, so the SVG looks drawn rather than traced.
